Situated less than 1Km from the town centre of Tubbercurry, our Golf Club is a picturesque and excellent 9 Hole, Parkland Course. We are nestled at the foot of the Ox Mountains where a friendly reception awaits you in a superbly appointed Clubhouse.
Tubbercurry was founded in 1991 and is a challenging nine-hole golf course. Its feature hole is the 6th, a 158-meter, par 3, index 12 played from an elevated tee-box, to a difficult green below. It has spectacular views of the Ox, mountains and surrounding countryside. Tubbercurry clubhouse caters for the golfers every need. It is renowned its warm friendliness to members and visitors.

Tubbercurry golf club has a proud history of welcoming societies to experience it's excellent golf course
On Saturday 25th March the club invites 2 members from your society to our complimentary societies day.
Tea and scones will be available from 10 a.m.
Tee off for 18 holes at 10.30 a.m. in a four ball better ball followed by soup and sandwiches.

The month of March has been designated HANDICAP AWARENESS MONTH.
FAIR AND CONSISTENT HANDICAPPING.
This is an attempt by the GUI to make the game of golf as fair and equitable as possible but the game relies on each individual observing the spirit and intent in order to make it work as efficiently as possible.
During the month information will be provided so that all players will have the necessary information to be handicap aware on the golf course during 2017
Clean shoes and trollies
A new compressor has been purchased and installed to facilitate members cleaning their shoes and trollies after a round of golf.
The cost of the compressor has been donated by Mr. John Gillespie from proceeds of the Gillespie Cup. Many thanks John

This is the time of the year when cash flow is crucial for the club. Membership is now due and members are asked to pay as soon as possible. Membership can be paid to any committee member or when you are paying competition fee

The captain Mr Gerry Hannigan and the lady captain Mrs Marie O'Hara, the Presidents Mr Luke Brennan and Ms. Mary Mc Tiernan, together with the members, offer their sympathy to former captain Padraigh McDonagh on the death of his beloved mother Mary Kate.
Sympathy is also extended to the McGowan family on the death of Michael.
Congratulations to our own Benny McDonagh, an esteemed member of the singles club in Tubbercurry golf club who decided to jump ship and join the married club. All members in the club congratulate him on his marriage to Leona Casey of Adore Hair Design, Teeling St. Tubbercurry and wish both of them long life and happiness.
